AKRON, OHIO – NeverFade®, a professional, exterior, water-based paint from APV Engineered Coatings, recently received registered trademark status from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. NeverFade is formulated with Kynar Aquatec® polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin, making it highly resistant to fading, algae, fungus, stains, abrasions and dirt, without abundant volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and harsh solvents.

NeverFade has found a unique niche within school systems via outstanding fade resistance and durability on exteriors, stadium scoreboards and goal posts. The product also verified these superior properties on window profiles and home and store fronts.
